Zoe Levin was born on Wednesday, November 24, 1993 (age 26 years; as in 2019), in Chicago, Illinois, US.
She did her early schooling from Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day, Chicago. Her family shifted to Glencoe in Illinois, when she was eleven years old. She completed her schooling from New Trier Township High School Winnetka, Illinois. She attained her graduation in communication and fine arts from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.

At the age of 13, she began performing professionally as a theatre artist. She made her film debut with Trust (2010) as ‘Brittany.’
She has acted in many Hollywood films, such as The Way Way Back (2012), Palo Alto (2013), Beneath the Harvest Sky (2013), Summertime (2018), and The Long Home (2019). In 2011, she became the voice of ‘Peas-in-a Pod’ in the animated short film, Hawaiian Vacation from Toy Story Toon series.
Zoe made her TV debut with the sitcom, Arrested Development (2013) in the role of ‘High School Girl #1.’
Later, she acted in the TV series, Red Band Society (2014-15), and Relationship Status (2016). Her first lead role came with the web series, Bonding (2019) as ‘Tiff.’
