Jonathan Majors is an American actor who is famous for his roles in the films, The Last Black Man in San Francisco (2019), and Da 5 Bloods (2020); and in the TV series, When We Rise (2017), and Lovecraft Country (2020).

Jonathan ‘Michael’ Majors was born on Thursday, September 7, 1989 (age 31 years; as in 2020), in Lompoc, California. His early childhood was spent at Vandenberg Military Base in Lompoc; at the age of five, his family moved to Dallas, Texas. He completed his high school graduation in 2008 from Duncanville High School in Texas. After his graduation (high school), he took a year break and attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts to pursue BFA in Acting. He joined Terry Knickerbocker Studio in New York to study acting, and later, in 2016, he completed his MFA in acting from Yale School of Drama, New Haven.

- In his leisure time, he likes to travel, watch films, play sports, and read.
- Growing up, he played various sports, especially football in Texas.
- During his teens, he was the center of feuds with his neighborhood kids and was also fell prey in the hands of bullies. Once, he was even suspended from his school. Soon, he was thrown out of his home, and he began living in his car, which he remembers as ‘Oldsmobile called Ariel.’ At the same time, he also indulged himself in theaters and began doing a part-time job at a restaurant.
