After graduation, he began working at the Creative Artists Agency mailroom and gradually worked his way up to become an agent of the reputable talent agency. Reportedly, in April 2013, Witherspoon and Toth were arrested and briefly jailed for disorderly conduct in Atlanta after he was pulled over under suspicion of driving while being intoxicated.
